Most residential air conditioning and heating systems are not properly designed or balanced upon installation. The evidence of this is hot or cold spots in your house. We have a method that will remedy this problem and save you money! First we measure the total air output of the system and then calculate the air demand for each room. If nessesary, we install adjustable dampers at the beginning of each terminal air branch and adjust the air flow according to the demand for each room. This provides not only optimum comfort but also peak efficiency for the system.
